Q) How do I change an incorrect “ship to” address?

A) Since we offer a quick turnaround time on most orders, we cannot guarantee we will be able to find and update your order. You need to contact us as soon as possible using this e-mail: AskAnElf@gmail.com, so we may catch the order before it leaves our shipping department. We cannot guarantee that the order will be able to be updated, so please triple check the address before confirming your order.  Ornaments & More is not liable for late, lost or misdirected packages due to USPS delivery issues.
 

Q) Can I send personalized ornaments to more than one address?

A) Yes, you may ship to more than one address, but will need to place a separate charge for each order.


Q) Do you ship personalized ornaments to Hawaii, Alaska & P.O. Boxes?

A) Yes, we do ship to these locations, but we cannot guarantee the timeliness of your package. Some rural locations can expect up to two weeks for deliveries. We ship all of our packages using USPS Mail service. Ornaments & More is not liable for late, lost or misdirected packages due to USPS delivery issues.


Q) Do you ship personalized ornaments to Canada?

A) Yes, we are shipping to Canada for the 2016 season at this time. Ornaments & More is not liable for late, lost or misdirected packages due to USPS delivery issues or customs detainment.

 

Q) Do you ship personalized ornaments anywhere other than USA & Canada?

A)  No. Due to the increased postage cost & customs issues, we are only able to ship to the USA & its territories along with Canada at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.

 

Q) Do you ship personalized ornaments to APO / FPO / DPO - Military Mail?

A) Yes, we are shipping to military addresses for the 2016 season at this time.  Ornaments & More is not liable for late, lost or misdirected packages due to USPS delivery issues or customs detainment.

 

Q) How do your ship your personalized ornaments ?

A) During our busy season (September - December), we ship most of our packages via USPS Mail Service. We ship most orders within 2-3 days of receipt except during our off-season (January through August) when it may take a few days longer. Priority Mail generally arrives to its’ destination within 2-3 business days (continental United States) under NORMAL weather conditions. Please be aware that we may send your package FIRST CLASS mail in a secure bubble mailer in our off-season or when shipping light orders. Ornaments & More is not liable for late, lost or misdirected packages due to USPS delivery issues.


Q) What are your shipping charges for personalized ornaments shipping to the USA*?

A) We sincerely appreciate your business, and our way of saying “thank you” is to offer you very reasonable shipping costs. Our shipping rates for US orders are as follows:

  • Orders totaling $10.00 - $30.99 = $6.99 shipping
  • Orders totaling $31.00 - $100.99 = $7.99 shipping
  • Orders totaling $101.00 - $149.99 = $8.99 shipping
  • Orders totaling $150.00 - $199.99 = $9.99 shipping
  • Orders totaling $200.00 - $299.99 = $12.99 shipping
  • Orders totaling $300.00 - $399.99 = $15.99 shipping

A) At various times throughout the year, we offer International First Class USPS shipping to Canada.
  • Orders totaling $0 - $25.99 = $7.95 shipping
  • Orders totaling $26.00 - $74.99 = $10.95 shipping
  • Orders totaling $75.00 - $99.99 = $15.95 shipping
  • Orders totaling $100.00 - $149.99 = $19.95 shipping
  • Orders totaling $150.00 - $199.99 = $24.95 shipping
  • Orders totaling $200.00 - $249.99 = $34.95 shipping
  • Orders totaling over $250.00 are subject to a $100.00 shipping fee, but may also encounter additional large / bulk order shipping fees.)

Q) Do you charge sales tax on personalized ornaments?

A) OrnamentsAndMore.com is owned and operated in the state of Maryland. Items sold and shipped to Maryland are subject to 6% sales tax. The law requires that we charge sales tax on the total amount of the order, excluding shipping charges.

 

Q) What is your last shipping date?

A) We will continue to ship through December 21 for an anticipated Christmas delivery. All packages are shipped from Owings Mills, Maryland which is just north of Baltimore. Personalized Ornaments For You is not liable for late, lost or misdirected packages due to USPS delivery issues. Please be aware of the weather conditions in the SHIP TO area as well.

 

Q) How long will it take for my personalized ornament order to reach its destination?

A) During our busy season (September - December) when we are fully staffed, your personalized ornament order will be processed and shipped from our Owings Mills, Maryland location (a suburb of Baltimore, Maryland) mostly within 72 hours of receipt unless we have a question about your order . (Please watch your e-mail closely after placing your order in case we have questions.) At other times of the year, it might take a day or two longer at most. Your order will be shipped by United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail (in-season) and should arrive within 2 -3 business days. Ornaments & More is not liable for late, lost or misdirected packages due to USPS delivery issues.

 

Q) I would like to send my purchase as a gift. Do you offer gift services?

A) If your personalized ornament is a gift, you may enter an 8 - 10 word message in the "Customer Notes" section during the check-out process. Your sentiments will be computer printed on the packing slip (contains no pricing information) and enclosed with your gift. Your name will also appear on the gift slip as the gift giver, so they can send a proper thank you upon receipt. We reserve the right to shorten a longer than allowed message.



Q) Do you offer gift boxes?

A) No. At this time, we do not offer gift boxes or storage boxes or bags, unless otherwise noted, with any of our products.



Q) Do you offer gift wrapping?

A) No. At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping with any of our products.



Q) Do you offer gift bags?

A) Throughout the year, we may run a promotion where you will receive ONE free gift bag for every ornament purchased. You may also puchase a holiday-themed gift bag here for $1.00. These bags hold most of our resin or dough keepsakes.  Oversized gifts may not fit into this bag which measures 5.25" x 4.25" x 2.25". Ornaments & More offers one size gift bag.



Q) What if I receive my personalized ornament and it is cracked or broken?

A) Your satisfaction is our #1 goal. We take every precaution when handling and packing our merchandise. However, if your item arrives damaged or is defective in any way, please contact us immediately via email: AskAnElf@gmail.com

If you are not pleased with your order, we will replace the item or refund your purchase price.
Exceptions to this guarantee are as follows:
  • You misspelled a word or entered an incorrect date during the check-out process.
  • You purchased additional quantities by accident.
  • You do not like where the writing has been placed by our personalizer.
  • You do not like the style of handwriting used by our personalizer.
  • You claim an item is defective, but will not e-mail us a photo or send it back to us for review. (Customer responsible for postage costs.)
  • You send an item back to us and it arrives to our facility broken or damaged.
  • You purchase a handmade item and the color / size varies from the site. Handmade ornaments are unique. Size, color and arrangement will vary. We do not consider variations as defects.
  • You would like to return a personalized ornament, because you no longer want it or need it for a gifting occasion.
  • You attempted to "fix" an error on the ornament without contacting us for assistance.

Q) I entered the wrong SHIPPING address for my personalized ornaments when ordering. My package was returned to Ornaments and More. What happens now?

A) Please triple check the shipping address. If a package is returned to us, you will be assessed another shipping fee in order for us to reship the package.  If the package cannot be reshipped for some reason, we will not refund your shipping fee.

Ornaments & More is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected mail in the following scenarios:

  • If a package was sent to the address you entered at check-out & is deemed "undeliverable” by the USPS.
  • If a package is returned to us because you entered an incorrect address during check-out.
  • If a package has been scanned by a USPS postal carrier and confirmed as delivered, but you state you did not receive it.
  • If a package is "Out for Delivery"  and has a “Delivery status not updated” status.
  • If a package is missing after being confirmed delivered by your USPS Carrier.
  • If your order is delayed due to weather conditions or any other condition out of the control of the USPS or Ornaments & More.
  • If a package is lost while in the possession of the USPS.
We offer tracking on all of our packages. We are able to send you this information upon request. We respond to all e-mails within 48 hours throughout the year.
